Short answer: To apply for a CSCS Green Labourer Card you must complete the CITB Health, Safety & Environment (Operatives) test and a Health & Safety Awareness course, then apply for the card.

- You must pass the CITB Operatives touch screen test within the last 2 years.
- You must complete a one-day or online Health & Safety Awareness (HSA) course within the last 5 years.
- You will need proof of both before applying for the card.
